We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product. Products may be limited in quantity and may be sold before your order is processed. If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid.

4.3 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images. However, colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to different screen settings. If you receive a product that does not match the description, you have the right to return it according to our refund policy.

5.1 Placing Orders

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. If we accept your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

We strive to deliver your orders on time. However, delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, natural disasters, or transportation issues. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to these circumstances.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the order fails to deliver due to incorrect address information or your unavailability to receive the package, additional fees may apply for reshipment.

15.1 Effect

Upon termination of service, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. However, all provisions that are intended to survive after termination of service will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
